The service technician, Javier, did an outstanding job. He didn't give up and I offered suggestions and he made it work to get my stackable washer/dryer into a position that was workable to fix the issue. He was able to identify the problem right away and did a great job fixing the issue. I was most impressed that he answered my call and was able to come out the same day to make the repair. He was courteous and communicated my issues with knowledgeable language that explained my problem. Excellent, responsible, reliable professional service was provided for our LG washer repair. He called back immediately to set up an appointment, showed up on time and taught us about what had happened and why. Our washer hinges had rusted out and needed replacement after 5 years. Water had been leaking out the front door. Costs were very fair.

Javier was the name of my technician, our refrigerator fan went out on Saturday. Javier responded to my service request the same day and was able to complete me job in a timely manner. I would recommend Javier and will be calling him first for any of my future repair needs.
